They’re well integrated into our team, and we’re all supporting the business together.” Schmidt observed, “I tell people ‘always build your network.’ You never know who’s going to help you. Plus, it’s our responsibility to bring up the engineers behind us.” Sikorsky’s vice president and chief engineer for engineering and technology noted, “One of the benefits we have being part of Lockheed Martin is the depth of talent across the organization.”.....
