Frederick B. Gustafson, Head, VTOL Branch, Aerospace Mechanics Division at NASA Langley Research Center accepts the 1963 Alexander Klemin Award for his achievements, dedication, and effort in rotary wing science, research and development and his pioneering in the area of helicopter stability and control.
