Soloy Conversions, Ltd. of Chehalis, WA received Supplemental Type Certificates for installation of the Detroit Diesel Allison 250-C20 engine and adapter hardware for Hiller UH-12D and E helicopters in 1975 (as pictured). The converted aircraft were redesignated as UH-12J. From Vertiflite, May/June 1975.
