The Harry T. Jensen Award, honoring contributions to helicopter reli­ability, maintainability, and/or safety, was given to the Intelligent Fault Locator Team, made up of the U.S. Army Aviation Sys­tems Command's (AVSCOM) Aviation Re­search and Technology Activity's (ARTA) Aviation Applied Technology Directorate and McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co., for their efforts in developing technologies to improve readiness and support of the U.S. Army helicopters combined arms team.
