Sikorsky has promoted Robert J. Torok from Vice President of Programs to the newly created position as the Senior Vice President of Government Programs. Torok will be responsible for marketing, program management, and product support for all government research, development and production programs, including the UTTAS and CH-53E. Torok is a native of Perth Amboy, N.J. He graduated from Brown University in 1952 and later served in the Marines as a pilot, flight officer, and intelligence officer. He joined Sikorsky in 1956 and since October 1973, held the post of vice president of Programs.
