The Frederick L. Feinberg Award recipients at annual Forum 57, 2001 are the US Coast Guard Aircrews based at Elizabeth City, North Carolina who participated in the Seabreeze I Rescue. The rescue mission established a record number of persons (26 survivors, four crew) ever carried in a Sikorsky Jayhawk and a new record for Coast Guard Rescues.

Accepting this prestigious award for the HH-60J Jayhawk 6031 Crew were Lt. Dan Molthen, Aircraft Commander, LTJG Craig Neubecker, Co-pilot, Petty Officer Lorne Greene, Flight Mechanic, and Petty Officer Darren Reeves, Rescue Swimmer. Accepting the award from the HH-60J Jayhawk 6001 crew were Ensign Steve Bonn, Co-pilot, Petty Officer Bob Florisi, Rescue Swimmer.
