"One of Europe's biggest military helicopters, the turbine-powered twin-engined Bristol Type 192, made its first flight on Saturday 5th July, at Bristol Aircraft's Weston Division, Weston-super-Mare, piloted by Mr C.T.D. Hosegood, Bristol's Chief Helicopter Test Pilot.
The Type 192, which is in production for the Royal Air Force, has been designed to meet Service requirements for troop and freight transport, ambulance dutics, and search and rescue operations."
