AHS leadership meets Mil Design Bureau leadership and gets a tour of the Mil Mi-28 at the Paris Air Show in June 1989.
The Mi-28 Havoc helicopter on the static line in Paris. This aircraft, one of three existing development models, flew a demonstration program during the Air Show. The aircraft has the same kind of engines as the Mi-24 Hind (two engines with about 2,200 shp) but it's lighter, presumably allowing better performance. It can carry 16 Spiral anti-tank missiles and 40 rockets simultaneously.
