The warm-cycle concept, with blade duct temperatures on the warm cycle concept, with blade duct temperatures on the order of 800 to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit, opens up the possibility of greater simplification of rotor blade/duct design with a minimum structural penalty for transporting the hot gases through the blade.
