The Dr. Alexander Klemin Award presented to Bernard Lindenbaum, right, deputy for studies and analysis in the Prototype Section, USAF Flight Dynamics Laboratory at Wright-Patterson AFB, in recognition of his 30 years of outstanding leadership and contributions to rotary-wing activity, and for his contributions to all forms of V/STOL aircraft. Awards Chairman Frederick W. Garry presented the award to Mr. Lindenbaum and told the audience that the recipient had been a student of Dr. Klemin.
