Carolyn Walther of Texas A&M University was 2017 winner of the Robert L. Lichten Award. She is presented her award by AHS Technical Director, Dr. Judah Milgram, at the Forum 73 Grand Awards Banquet on May 10, 2017. Her winning paper, was entitled “Experimental and Computational Studies to Understand Unsteady Aerodynamics of Cycloidal Rotors in Hover at Ultra-low Reynolds Numbers.” Walther was also the winner of the AHS Southwest US Region.
