An innovation at this year's Forum was an Operations/ Management Symposia based on the Society's acknowledgement of its obligations to foster the exchange of important data related to current and probable VTOL developments. It consisted of 10 half-hour briefings in series plus a feature session on May 12, 1966, which were repeated on May 13. The briefings were held in especially-contsructed rooms on the exhibit hall floor. Edward W. Goshorn, of the Boeing Co. Washington staff, was chairman.
