
Todd R. Quackenbush (center) receives congratulations from William Walls (right) and Joe Mallen after he was named the winner of the Society's Robert L. Lichten Award. The Lichten Award is presented to the author of the best technical paper delivered at a regional meeting of the AHS during the previous year and is intended to foster the professional growth of young engineers. Quackenbush's paper. was entitled, "Testing and Evaluation of a Stall Flutter Suppression System Based On Individual Blade Control."
